SDE FTP ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Open Windows Explorer or other web browser
2. From the Tools menu, click Internet Options
3. Click the Advanced tab
4. Uncheck “Use Passive FTP” (near the bottom of the browsing section) and click Apply and OK
5. Go to: ftp://mail.sde-us.com (do not include http or www)
6. Login using User Name and Password provided
7. Files may be copied to or from the ftp folder
